the staff were helpful. they quickly assisted with room access. the room offered a comfy bed and blackout curtains, very nice. i also found an ironing board and iron directly in the room, very useful!

the room's temperature was warm, and individual temperature adjustments were not possible.

The staff was very helpful and assisted with bag storage. The location is convenient. I appreciated blackout curtains in my room. The comfy bed also helped me rest.

The room had no extra toilet paper, inconvenient. I noticed the room was not cleaned one evening after returning to the hotel. I was told I needed to book cleaning the night before, that was unclear.
